Background

Prince Peter Moyo was born on October 18, 1997, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He is originally from the Chivi District in Masvingo and currently lives in the Budiriro suburb of Harare. His parents died in a road accident during his childhood. Following their deaths, he began writing songs.

During his school years, he performed under the stage name "M.G The Best Rapper" and participated in freestyle rap battles. Moyo was raised with his sister, Eunice, and his three brothers: Memory Munyaradzi, Stanley, and Malcom. Outside of his music career, he works as a trained automobile electrician.

Music Career

M.G Hkh describes his musical style as "Gospel Trap." His tracks typically blend contemporary Hip-Hop, R&B, and traditional Zimbabwean rhythms. His lyrics frequently focus on topics like mental health, depression, and spirituality.

He released his debut album, Pray Hard, in 2020. The album includes the track "Rufu Runopedza," which he wrote about his parents. He later released the single "No Pressure," featuring Mandala. He has also collaborated with Zimbabwean artists such as Gze, Tehn Diamond, and Mr. Potter Hkh.

He releases music under the Heart Entertainment label and is affiliated with the Hkh Family Group. The "Hkh" in his stage name stands for "Hard-Knock Hustle." Moyo keeps his personal relationships private and maintains his dual career as both a musician and an auto electrician.
