CAFCA Limited is a cable manufacturing company based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Established in 1947, it is the sole producer of cables in the country. The company is listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and London Stock Exchange.[1]

CAFCA specializes in producing and supplying cables and related products for transmitting and distributing electrical energy and information. Its primary markets are in Southern and Central Africa, but it has also exported to countries as far as Russia.

Company History

Founded in 1947, CAFCA has grown to become a key player in the cable manufacturing industry in Zimbabwe and the surrounding regions. Over the years, the company has expanded its product range and market reach. It has achieved several milestones, including being the first company in sub-Saharan Africa to attain ISO 14001 accreditation in 1999.
