About

The Judicial branch of Zimbabwe is headed by the Chief Justice and is responsible for interpreting the Constitution and laws, administering justice, and protecting the rights of citizens. The court system includes the Constitutional Court (the highest court for constitutional matters), the Supreme Court (the final court of appeal for non-constitutional matters), the High Court, Labour Court, Administrative Court, and Magistrates' Courts at the local level.
